" we don't really need a lot of stuff but the place where we put our stuff needs some work. What will we use the money for you ask? Our 1980's built home needs new windows, siding, and doors. We have to upgrade the insulation in the attic, seal the crawl space, refresh the interior paint, and update the kitchen and bathrooms.
