Brandon and Leah acknowledge that their marriage celebration will take place on the unceded, ancestral, and stolen homeland of the sx̌ʷəbabs. We invite you to join us in contributing to a current initiative of the descendants of the sx̌ʷəbabs, now known as the Puyallup Tribe of Indians. They founded the Salish Cancer Center, which offers both Native and western cancer treatment for their community and beyond, and host an annual gala to raise funds to ease patients’ financial burdens.

The Santos Romo Scholarship was created by the Titus family (Leah's mother's family) to support first-generation Latinx students in attending Southern Oregon University in Ashland. It honors the legacy of Santos Romo, someone who greatly inspired Leah's grandparents during Betsy's childhood through his dedication to education and his children's futures. The scholarship has supported students for over a decade who have significant financial need but who do not qualify for federal financial aid.

Oregon Summer Star is an outdoor camp supporting youth from military families by connecting them with nature and peers facing similar challenges. It’s been a cornerstone in Brandon’s life since he was 15, and he continues to volunteer each summer to support kids dealing with parental deployments and other hardships. We care deeply about this community and would love your help in supporting this incredible camp and the young people it serves.
