We bought our house in Boulder a couple of years ago and we've invested a lot of our time and money into making it feel like a home—we can't wait to show it off during the Welcome Drink House Party! However, we've depleted most of our thrifty projects, and are left with some major fixes & upgrades—think HVAC replacement, roofing, and some landscaping mixed in. Fun stuff!
