Gathering people around the table is really meaningful to us. We've found some good sources and are saving for a special extendable dining table, chairs for 8-10, and a couple of umbrellas to manage the 15 hours of direct sun we get on the deck! We are planning a trip to Newport & Narragansett, Rhode Island. We're looking forward to eating lobster rolls by the sea. :)

When we were first dating, we discovered we both loved the art of Marc Chagall. We don't expect to buy any Chagall any time soon (ha!) but we love using art to make our home more beautiful and personal.

We have 1 of the 3 hoped-for sets of this silverware, and would love to have matching silverware when we host friends and family. We love the feel of this particular set (and the 25 year warranty doesn't hurt). Also, random fact: Nicole just strangely gets a lot of joy from silverware. ;)

Nicole likes to light a lot of candles, and this is her favorite china pattern. (And yes, she's kind of an old soul who has a favorite china pattern). She didn't know it was famous, or from Denmark, but it is and it is. She thinks it's perfect. :)
