Hello everyone, we first want to thank you from the deepest part of our hearts for sharing the day with us and being kind enough to get us a gift. We picked out things that we need but that also go along with some of the ideas we believe in deeply. We have chosen as many Made in the USA things as is practical and we want to take this opportunity to remind each of you that manufacturing is the backbone of this great nation. Both of our fathers are directly involved in making things. Indeed, a number of you drive cars that were either made in or had parts made in buildings that our fathers have spent careers in. We selected items that we can confidently know we will look back 30 years from now and say that we got them for our wedding. That is something special. We truly appreciate you thinking of us and cannot wait to celebrate with you in April!

We are taking a wonderful cross country train ride as our honeymoon. We will be departing Toledo and taking Amtrak through Chicago, Omaha, Denver, Salt Lake City, and finally ending up in San Francisco. We will then rent a car and explore California, stopping in Yosemite and at the world famous Monterrey Bay Aquarium! Eventually ending up in Las Vegas, we will spend a few days checking out the city that never sleeps before heading to fulfill a lifelong goal of Allison's, seeing the Grand Canyon. After our day in the desert we will drive to Flagstaff and get on the train back to Toledo.
