Thank you for reaching out and asking how you can help our family during this time. Our grandparents, 90 and 87 years old, lost their home in the Palisades fire, along with a lifetime of cherished memorabilia and belongings. We are incredibly grateful that we were able to get them into a new apartment, but they deeply miss the home they built over the years. While we can’t replace everything, we are hoping to bring warmth, comfort, and familiarity to their new space by surrounding them with family photos and special items that bring them joy. If you'd like to help, we have put together a registry to replace some of their favorite things and create a sense of familiarity and home again. As one could imagine this traumatic experience has taken a toll on our grandparents cognitively - these small tokens of warmth and familiarity mean more than you can know!
