Nate attended the Ron Burton Training Village for 3 years from ages 15-17. Ron Burton Sr was the first ever draft pick of the New England Patriots. He grew up in extreme poverty, without either parents, and was teased for not having clean clothes. Through a training program where he woke up at 4:30AM and ran 7 miles every day for 12 years, Ron ended up in the NFL and College Football Hall of Fame. RBTV is his effort to reach out to the downtrodden and at-risk in the Boston and New England area who appear to have no chance. The program focuses on mental, physical, and spiritual growth to show kids who grew up similarly to Ron that there are people who care and are there to support. RBTV partners with colleges and employers to offer full-ride scholarships and full-time jobs.
