We hope to transform our yard to a Xeriscape design to help save water both for our wallets as well as the planet. We also hope to purchase a new vinyl fence and gate to help secure our yard and privacy. Upgrading our sprinkler system and outdoor lights are also on the list. It's going to be BIG project once it starts. Thank you so much for helping us out!!

The windows in our home were replaced by the previous owner about 10 years ago. Some are still in good condition, but several windows have had the argon gas inside the dual panels leak, and now they do not insulate properly, causing that room to get extra hot, turning us to putting the a/c on, and ultimately having a higher electric bill. It's a vicious cycle we are hoping to end with new window replacements!
