We will be going to Egypt to vacation and visit Adam's family for 3 weeks in June! It is Becca's first time in Egypt and meeting Adam's entire family, and it will be Adam's first time seeing the vacation spots in Egypt such as Sharm el Shiek, and Hurghada!

Adam and Becca have a strong passion for health & wellness. Starting years ago, Adam has been fighting an auto-immune disorder and gets sick frequently. When given the opportunity to cold plunge daily, not only is his body more resistant to getting sick so often, but both Adam and Becca find immense mental clarity and peace when starting their day off with an ice cold dunk!

When we renovated our townhome, we flipped basically the entire place but kept the original appliances from 2008, now a couple years later we are experiencing issues with their refrigerator and dishwasher, and we would love help in replacing them!

We enjoy entertaining and hope you will come visit us soon for dinner and game night!
