Featuring as its centerpiece an entire wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, The Mural Room at Jackson Lake Lodge offers sweeping views of the Teton Range. Inside, take in the room’s namesake Rendezvous Murals—ten panels painted by late 20th century American artist Carl Roters which illustrate with historic accuracy the 1837 Rendezvous, an annual gathering of fur trappers and traders of the early west. Inspiring views aside, The Mural Room elevates national park dining to new heights. We serve local beef, wild game, and sustainable seafood prepared fresh at the on-site butcher shop. Our bread is freshly-made at the in-house bakery, and our produce is locally sourced, most of which is organic.
