I have loved the care I have received at the WNC Birth Center! At every appointment I felt heard and respected. The midwives there have done a great job at making this new momma feel supported and ready for this journey. The Birth Center is a great in between option of home birth or hospital birth. I strongly dislike doctors and haven't been to one in maybe 20 years. But this place feels so warm and personal! Thank you for provide me with prenatal care that is easy to be excited about and is in alignment with my desires of an unmediated out of hospital birth.

This was an AMAZING 6 week class Bernd and I took to help us get more prepared. It covered pre-labor, nutrition, integrative alternative modalities, labor techniques, and post-partum info. I looked forward to every Tuesday night when we had this class! It is my goal to be a breastfeeding momma, 100 percent for the nourishment of Luca and the sweetness of our bonding. And I have heard that it can be more complicated than expected. I am looking forward to this class on April 9th to help educate me and prepare us for success. :)

We are doing cloth diapers! But man there are so many things to think about. What to clean them in, how to clean them, what sort of inserts to get: bamboo or microfiber??! I will spare you the rest of the details. This class will help prepare us for happy, dry bums. :)
