Cindy’s Fund is dedicated to the memory of Cindy Hanks Kutchman, who was instrumental in promoting early cancer screening in Garrett County and establishing the early cancer program through the GC Health Department. Cindy’s Fund supports GC residents fighting cancer and helped our family immensely when Mary was sick. With your help, we can support the next family that comes to Cindy's Fund in need of aid.
