A bit about our house: we believe the home was built between 1925 and 1935 and much of the original detail has been preserved. The original hardwood floors and window/door trim are all in tact and we even have the original rounded window and door in front. This is the charm we fell in love with and hope to maintain for years to come.We’ve owned our house for just over two years and have some larger, more urgent repairs in mind. This includes new energy-efficent windows, stucco wall refinishing and some basement improvements.

We are planning to visit the Southwest early spring 2020. 🌵
