Sometimes the best part of traveling is trying new foods (and of course a paired cocktail)

Whether it’s by the beach, by the harbor in downtown Auckland, or a quaint Air BnB near the mountains, we’ll need a place to rest our heads at night.

Uber, Lyft, rental cars, and cabs- whichever we choose throughout our trip, help us zip around cities and take scenic routes!

Who knows what fun trinkets and cool things we’ll find on our journey!

This will be our mode of transportation from Waitomo down to Wellington. We’ll glide through the heart of the North Island's beautiful scenery and view epic landscapes through huge panoramic windows.

The Aoraki Mackenzie International Dark Sky Reserve is one of eleven worldwide and the largest one in the Southern Hemisphere. During this 2hr experience, we will gaze at the dazzling beauty of millions of stars in some of the clearest, darkest night skies in the world! The second half of the tour takes place in a natural hot spring, where we can relax on a floating hammock and gaze in ultimate comfort.

We would love to see this rare and natural wonder! This is definitely a unique experience we’d like to cross off our bucket list.

Help us get up close and personal to New Zealand’s only active marine volcano! We’d explore White Island on a day tour, where we’d wear hard hats and experience the thrill of walking around the inner crater, get close to roaring steam vents, bubbling pits of mud and hot volcanic streams.

We would love to enjoy the natural wonders of this national park via kayak! Highlights of this half day adventure include enjoying the turquoise water lined by sandy beaches, and visiting the Adele Island sanctuary, home to protected native birds and fur seals.

Halfway through our trip, we will say goodbye to the North Island and take a ferry to the South Island.

There's nothing like a good detox - especially after such a long flight! We'd love to experience NZ's geothermal mud baths where we can slather ourselves in warm geothermal mud before jumping into sulphur pools – with minerals that help to clear and detoxify. Followed after a couple's massage = ultimate relaxation.
