We love tropical destinations! Snorkeling has become one of their favorite activities while on vacation!

Alex proposed to Sara at Rancho Choli's on Vieques island in Puerto Rico; an island favorite, Choli opened this restaurant out his home along a small street off the beaten path! This was their first authentic Puerto Rican meal, and after the proposal Choli came out shaking his giant jug of tropical moonshine, and poured shots for everyone there! We can't wait to go back and celebrate on our Honeymoon!

We both enjoy cooking and trying to make new things! We would love to learn to cook authentic Puerto Rican cuisine! This class provides an authentic “hands on” cooking experience. The Atelier is an interactive space for the development and enjoyment of food, wine and spirits. The class includes a professional private chef, tastings of prepared dishes, educational literature, top of the line cooking equipment and ingredients. You will receive a brief lesson on Puerto Rican history while you learn to prepare 3 traditional Puerto Rican dishes – an appetizer, a main course and a dessert.
