In 2019 I called Alex and said "want to get a dog", Alex said "if you're going to get a dog I'm coming with" and then he pointed out this quiet orange dog. Stanley. I agreed to meet him, not thinking Id leave with him. Then he curled up in my lap and that was history. Pancake soon became OUR dog after. Animals are something near and dear to both of us, if you feel the same, please help us give pack to PAWS, the organization that Pancake was adopted from, so they can continue their amazing work.

Our 2026 project is renovating our bathroom! from the linoleum floors to the complete and utter lack of storage and the terrible orange brown vanity, we're ready to gut this thing and create something more suited to us

Here's the thing about us - we love to eat and we love to feed people. We cook everything in cast iron and we frequently need to take whatever we cooked over to a friends place for friend dinner. While the hear rate multiplier that is playing the game of "are we going to spill this all over Maura's car or not" is so much fun, we're not big gamblers and would prefer not to play that game
