We love home remodel and have been remodeling our home ourselves (and some with the help of contractors) for the past 3 years. Last year we did a big kitchen upgrade with new cabinets, countertops and a layout. With the remodel we decided to put off buying new appliances until we could get higher-quality ones we can appreciate for years to come.

Living in the city, we gotta make space really count--help us do this in our backyard. Our deck is falling down and will need to be replaced in the next year, with a little help we can make it a true backyard paradise--for people and cards. We'd love to be able to afford a new door for our back fence to allow for improved parking and security. Building a deck all the way across the parking pad will give us 25 feet of outdoor space to enjoy with family and friends.
