It took us forever to agree on a honeymoon location as we both had very different ideas of paradise. Aldy, the carefree sun chaser wanted to spend his days lying on clear white sand while enjoying the cool breeze of the ocean. Libby on the other hand (deathly afraid of the sun) pushed for a more serene experience amongst trees and on mountain tops. After learning about the beautiful sunrises in Haleakala, the scenic path on road to Hana, we decided that Maui and its beautiful island charm offers everything we both wanted and more.
