Before we get to Sicily, we'll do a quick stopover in Tunisia. Help us get there!

We're going to spend a day visiting the ruined city of Carthage and surrounding areas.

When we're done exploring Carthage, we'll spend the day in the coastal city of Sidi Bou Said. Care to buy us dinner, drinks, and a place to stay?

After Tunisia, we're off to the main event: Sicily. We'd rather not swim all the way there, though.

OK, it's not quite as exotic as this picture. But we are staying in the Sicilian beach town of Cefalu. Help us get a place with a view!

We'll need a cold drink (or three) while we lounge on the beaches of Cefalu.

We're joining a tour group that has one mission: eat as much food in one night as possible. We accept this mission.

Why limit ourself to one island? We'll take a hydrofoil off the coast of Sicily and spend three nights at the Aeolian islands.

Though they won't look anything like this picture, we will be staying in some swanky places.

We're leaving our car on Sicily, so we'll need to rent scooters and take taxis to get around.

Treat us to way too much food and an appropriate amount of drinks in Siracusa.

We'll spend a day checking out Belvedere Quattrocchi, Museo Archeologico Regionale Eoliano, and a whole bunch of other things that are totally real and not just made up by me just now.

Our first night in the Aeolian islands will be Lipari. Drinks will be in order.

The name says it all...we can't live on cocktails alone.

Hiking a volcano is tough work...we'll need a hearty meal to match the effort.

If someone doesn't get our ferry tickets, we'll have to rent snorkel equipment and go back the old fashioned way.

After island hopping, we'll stop Siracusa for two nights.

Most of this trip will be spent in the great outdoors, but Siracusa has a lot to offer in the way of ruins and history museums.

We've built in time to explore the area coast between Siracusa and Noto, which has plenty of great hiking and seafood.

We'll spend 1 night in a beautiful farm house outside of the small city of Noto, including a home cooked, family style meal for dinner.

Our last night in Sicily will be spent eating. Eating everything. Literally everything. You will read about us in the news...want to be an accomplice?

Where we're going, we DO need roads. Also a set of wheels, a few tanks of gas, and lots of snacks are needed to get us from from one end of the island to the other.

Two nights, two chances to eat waaaaay too much food.

We're going to the top of Stromboli, an active volcano in the Aeolian islands. Help us pay for a guide so we don't get lost (or fall in).

Food in Siracusa is known for representing all of the various cultures it's hosted over the centuries. And we...want to eat them all. Can you help?

After exploring Siracusa, we'll have one last night in Catania. No doubt we'll be travel-weary and in need of relaxation..good thing we found a room with a hot tub.

OK, we aren't actually taking a hot air balloon. But every trip must come to an end...
