Hi Family, Luke and I just purchased our first home together. We are so excited about this new chapter but as you know, homeownership can come with hefty price tags when projects arise. We live on a hill so our backyard is currently not very usable. We'd love to add a deck for entertaining and eventually play sets for the kiddos.
