Mole Hollow Candles is a family owned-and-operated company located in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. Since 1969, we've used the same materials and techniques to produce quality handmade candles. Each taper candle is dipped by hand, and pillars, votives and tea light candles are individually poured. Mole Hollow Candles relies on old-world craftsmanship and simple, elegant silhouettes. <p>Mole Hollow Candles’ 12 in. taper candles are hand dipped over 20 times by a dedicated craftsperson using a technique that has been in place since our founding in 1969. Each of the tapers features a unique Spun Finish – a subtle linen-like visual texture created by our unique dipping method – and is solid color throughout.  The candles are dripless when burned under normal conditions, and last for 10 hours.</p>
