D & I have become friends Codie, a single mom before the story starts. A few years ago she was approached & asked if she would be willing to take her nephew in. Surprise, she just found she had a nephew. Knox's mother & father at the time, & still, are not suited to care for a young child, especially 1 w/ special needs, cerebral palsy. She's not asking for help, but they have needs & the greatest wish is to adopt sweet Knox, so there's no worry for who he calls mom. Thank you, A&D
