New roof, PV panels, garden, & deck!
Group gift
Having a good, solid roof is one of the most important aspects of any building, especially in Chicago with all the rain, snow, and wind we get! Unfortunately, with the most recent heavy summer rain, a section of the roof that already needs repair, collapsed. Thus, funds will go towards tearing down and repairing the current roof, installing pipes, vents, and gutters, and building it up to the roof of our dreams!

Masonry lintels, steel work, & exterior facade

What makes 63rd House such a beautiful building are the brick exterior and windows on the front and back entrances. However, some detailed work is needed to restore this beauty into tip-top shape. Funds will go toward replacing steel lintels over masonry openings on front of the building and replacing all corroded lintels for windows on the back of the building.
