When I’m not flowering, I love to cook (more-so eat), go on hikes and spend beach days in Belmar where I can watch my husband, Kirk, play volleyball. I’ve backpacked solo across 7 countries and traveled to many more. I love all the ADVENTURE! If it's not plain to see, I love working with flowers and creating special moments for our clients. We take on a limited amount of events per season so we can cater to each client personally so don't hesitate to reach out!

I rarely brush my hair, and it is almost always in a ponytail or a bun, and probably a different color than the last time you saw me.

We have been blissfully part of many successful events during our 21 years in business. Our vision for celebrants is to provide each with "A Design Experience". Her journey started at the age of six years old, Melissa-May was surrounded by all aspects of creativity. Her ability to visualize things, put them onto paper and create anything from scratch was also apparent at a young age when she completed an illustration of her dream house, then constructed an entire floor plan and a model house made out of popsicle sticks. Furthermore, at the age of 12, her friend’s mother noticed Melissa-May’s gift of artistry and requested that she create cartoon place cards for her daughter’s Bat Mitzvah. She later was asked to create the invitations and centerpieces for her best friend’s Debutant ball.

After almost 20 years of planning, designing and decorating events, I have had the honor of creating magical, fairytale-like events. Each client brings the pictures, the stories they want to share, their vision and dreams. We then add the unique, detailed special touches and together we create stunning memories.
