Let's Try This Again!

Victor made the first move of messaging Jazmine to have dinner. If she only knew saying yes would begin their love story. After a couple months of spending every weekend together it was time for Jazmine to leave Michigan, and go back to the University of Illinois. Victor at the same time was moving to Lansing, Michigan to begin his master program at Michigan State. The five hour distance did not keep them apart. They still made the effort to talk to each other everyday, and see each other at least once a month. After graduation they both made the choice to start a new beginning together in Oak Park, IL. Their careers eventually took them to Fort Worth, TX. They lived there for about a year and during that time Victor knew that Jazmine was the one. On May 17, 2019 Victor had taken Jazmine to Texas Wine Country on a weekend getaway. That morning Victor looked Jazmine in the eyes and expressed his love for her. He surprised her with a ring that was hidden under the pillow. Jazmine screamed for joy and obviously said "YESSSS!" Both sides of the family could not have been happier with the proposal. Victor and Jazmine can not wait to share their big day "again" with family and friends on August 28, 2021.
