While we can't be sure what the situation will look like on our wedding weekend, we are taking precautions to protect the safety of our guests. We have decided to modify the COVID policy as described below. Please read carefully as the requirements vary by event: 1. Welcome drinks - weather permitting, open to everyone. If we are unable to have this event outside due to weather, only those who meet the requirements for attending the ceremony and reception may attend. Please see below for more information. We encourage all attendees to take a test (rapid or PCR) prior to attending. 2. Wedding ceremony and reception - there are two options for attending these events. (1) receive full vaccinations and a booster shot prior to the events; or (2) receive full vaccinations (one dose of J&J or two doses of Moderna or Pfizer) AND a negative PCR test. For option 2, the test must be taken and the results received within 72 hours of the event. Evidence of vaccination and test results (if applicable) must be provided no later than 24 hours before the event. 3. Cookout - this event will be outdoors and have the same requirements as the welcome drinks. Black Tie Optional/Formal For Gentleman- You have the option of wearing a tuxedo or a formal dark suit, white shirt, and conservative tie. For Ladies- a floor-length gown, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pants suit.
We love the kids but we want this to be your night off!
Doors open at 6 PM and all guests should be seated by 6:15 PM. Doors close and the ceremony begins at 6:30 PM. Please arrive on time!
