Like every great modern love story, we connected on Bumble in late November 2023. Randi claims he “superswiped” her, but Matt doesn’t remember. Our first date was for coffee at Green Pear Café in Hoboken; Randi had such a good time, she drank two cappuccinos. We didn’t become “official” until June 2024, but since then, it has been nothing but bliss: watching the Knicks, binging our favorite series, spending as much time as possible with our fur children, and enjoying every restaurant and coffee shop Hoboken has to offer. On Nov. 13, 2025, tired of waiting for Randi to finish decompressing from a work event in NYC, Matt proposed in the kitchen of our Hoboken apartment. Randi, her hair still in a towel, enthusiastically said yes, kicking off a weekend of festivities with friends and family. Our story is proof that when something is meant to be, the timing will always be right. As we prepare for this next step in our journey, we are grateful for all the support we have received along the way and excited to continue planning our future together.
