A well-serviced system of buses and trams runs throughout the city of Katowice. Tickets are affordable and can be purchased from the driver or at local newsstands and grocery stores. Fares vary depending on zones travelled. Uber and Bolt also operates in Katowice and taxis are readily available. The city is also very walkable.
