All hotels listed in the "Travel" section are within 15 minutes of the venue. We will have signs along the road as you get closer to the venue that help you stay found and lead you to parking.
Guests without major roles are welcome to come either the day prior to the wedding or the morning of the wedding. If you are flying or driving, plan accordingly; even if you ask nicely, we will not be able to wait for you to arrive before the wedding begins.
Speed limits in Pinedale are strict, especially with out of town plates. We want to protect your wallets and driving record so please watch your speed!
Of course, bring the little humans with you! We will have a bounce house and other games on the property to keep them entertained and tire them out. PSA: There is a river that runs along the property. Please watch your little ones, or at least teach them how to swim.
Yes, if you have decided to bless us with a gift, feel free to ship to our home address and save us having to figure out how to get it there!
We plan to have charcuterie boards to snack on, followed by dinner. The dinner menu will be provided at the ceremony but includes street tacos, meat, salad, rolls, mashed potatoes, as well as mac and cheese. If none of these fit your dietary needs, you are welcome to bring other bites for yourself.
Pinedale, Wyoming in July is beautiful — warm sunny days, cool crisp nights, and plenty of fresh mountain air! 🌞 During the Day, expect sunny skies and highs around 75–78°F. The sun is strong at higher altitudes, so pack sunglasses, sunscreen, and chapstick. 🌙 At Night temps can drop into the 50s°F after sunset. Plan on bringing layers like a cozy sweater, jacket, or shawl. Other Tips Layer up: Think sundress + denim jacket, or shirt + light pullover. Leave the heels at home: Our venue has a natural setting — flats, sandals, or wedges are your friends. Hydrate: The air is drier here. Water bottles are encouraged (and we’ll have plenty!).
The wedding is outdoors, we will have restroom accommodations, but unless you are a part of the wedding party or dying, the house is off limits. We will have a tent set up.
We will have alcohol in the form of signature cocktails, beer, seltzers, and champagne for toasts. We will also have multiple non-alcoholic options. ***Please drink responsibly; we don't want any drunk speeches or fights. Have a ride arranged for your trip home if needed.
Highly recommend leaving town Sunday. Leaving town after the wedding is HIGHLY discouraged, as the roads late at night can be very unsafe.
