We're getting married!

Our first time meeting was through mutual friends at a party. We were previous acquaintances but after hanging out, we quickly became friends. Our relationship grew through walks at our favorite forest preserve, Meacham. As we got to know each other and learned our shared interest in humor and music, our relationship blossomed. Very quickly after that, we were inseparable.

It was a beautiful brisk afternoon. We went for a "run" to our local forest preserve, Danada Farm. Joe put on shared headphones so we could go for a walk/run listening to our favorite music and talk about our shared life goals. We went down memory lane and talked about how much we have grown together. He led me off the trail and into a hidden path that was secluded. There waited a ring and all three of his siblings, whom I hold near to my heart. He gave a beautiful touching speech about our love and our future life together. With teary eyes, I said "yes" and the rest is history. We are very excited to share this next chapter with all of you. See you soon!
