Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a complimentary shuttle service for guests staying at the Crowne Plaza. Shuttle times are as follows: 3:30 p.m. Hotel to the Crofoot 4:00 p.m. Hotel to the Crofoot 4:30 p.m. Hotel to the Crofoot 9:00 p.m. the Crofoot to Hotel 9:30 p.m. the Crofoot to Hotel 10:00 p.m. the Crofoot to Hotel 10:30 p.m. the Crofoot to Hotel 11:00 p.m. the Crofoot to Hotel 11:30 p.m. the Crofoot to Hotel 12:00 a.m. the Crofoot to Hotel

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary parking is available at the lot across from the Crofoot: 1. Enter the parking lot off of Pike Street, you will see a small building & automatic arm. 2. Drive up to utilize the larger solar powered parking kiosk - press any button to wake the unit. 3. Select the 1st parking option ($5.00 Parking) 4. When asked if you have a coupon code, please select 1 for yes. 5. When prompted for the code please enter: 0929 6. The kiosk will show $0.00 & the arm will raise for entry. Please place the receipt on your dashboard.

For anyone with disabilities/difficulty walking

Answer

There are 2 steps when entering the space, one right after the entrance of the ballroom & a second onto the main floor. There are hand railings placed & a ramp for both steps. The first ramp is located to the left when you walk in & the 2nd is located to the right after the 1st step/across from main bar & near the door to patio. There is an elevator for anyone who is seated upstairs.
