Hopefully we can answer any questions below. If there are any other questions we did not answer, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
Question

Will there be COVID restrictions?

Answer

Please feel safe knowing that the majority of our friends and family are vaccinated against COVID-19. If you are not vaccinated, we are asking that you please be fully vaccinated 2 weeks prior to our wedding OR receive a negative test result with 48 hours of our wedding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes!! Please let us know ahead of time so that we can be sure a meal is prepared and the venue is aware of your allergy. There is space on your RSVP card to give us the heads up.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms set aside at Grand Cascades Lodge. There is also a Quality Inn near the venue but this will not have a shuttle or dedicated block of rooms.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot with plenty of free parking. There will be no valet parking available. But, because our venue is a golf course, there will be carts to transport anyone in need of assistance to the ceremony space.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle available prior to the wedding and at the end of the reception to and from Grand Cascades.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, in order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invite.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony (5:30)

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we’d love to be able to celebrate with your children, we are asking that you please leave your children home for the night.
