In the year of 2020, life was hard for a lot of people due to the pandemic. It was especially hard for single people to find each other. Due to their circumstances and convincing of loved ones, Jeff and Breinne each joined the Bumble dating app. And it changed everything. In August 2020 they started talking. On August 26, 2020, Jeff and Breinne met at the Hop Garden in Paoli, WI for their first date. Jeff admired Breinne's charismatic energy and Breinne was struck by Jeff’s charming demeanor. They connected on music, the outdoors, family, friends, sports, agriculture, their faith and bird dogs. Long after everyone left and the lights were dimming well past dusk, Jeff and Breinne finally decided it was time to part ways. They agreed to meet up again. From there, they continued on with dates filled with adventure and deep connection. The rest was history. In January 2022 they moved across the country to Washington state for Jeff’s new gig. And on their first trip back to Wisconsin on July 30, 2022, Jeff asked Breinne for her hand in marriage at one of their favorite spots – the Brooklyn Wildlife Area.
