We're so excited to celebrate with you all!

At the end of January 2016, we both joined a group chat on Kik to meet new people from all around the world. One day, the group was talking about the mole chemistry formula and did not believe that Avogadro's number was the same thing. I proved them wrong by providing a screenshot from Google. After that, Joe messaged me privately to let me know that no one seemed to appreciate me being right, From there on, we talked multiple times every day getting to know each other more and more.

On January 29, 2020, we were visiting my family in Illinois to celebrate a late Christmas with them. After opening what seemed to be all the presents, Joe "found" one last gift bag that had a note in it. The note instructed us all to watch a YouTube video and play along to the game in the video. The game entailed us posing certain people however we chose and taking pictures. In the end, Lily had to pose me and Joe. I was placed facing a wall and "blindfolded," while Joe got down on one knee. I was handed a Build-a-Bear and was instructed to press the bear's hand. Joe recorded himself nervously asking me to marry him!
