It was a warm September Vegas day at the Encore pool, when a group of Canadians bought a group of Americans a round of margaritas. The two groups exchanged niceties such as "OMG WE LOVE CANADIANS" and "We love Vegas ey!". While everyone else went back to minding their own business, Adam and Chels hit it off by talking about the sun, the moon, and stars, little did they know their stars were aligning. Was it the Margs? Was it Vegas? Or were sparks flying! Adam asked for Chelsea's number, she saved him in her phone as "Adam Encore". It wasn't until a few weeks later when Chelsea was passing through Toronto on business, she met with Adam for dinner and learned his last name was really Zuccato. Adam was a complete gentleman when they met for dinner, picked her up, opened her door, took her to her favourite food (tacos). It was this moment, Chelsea realized, she didn't "Vegas like Adam" she real world liked Adam and changed his name in her phone to Adam Zuccato.
