Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than March 31st, 2026. After this date, we will sadly have to assume that you will not be joining us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 o'clock in the evening. Please arrive no later than 3:45 PM to ensure you are seated for the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding celebration is Cocktail Attire/Formal Attire Optional. For women, we recommend knee-length or midi cocktail dresses and dressy pantsuits or jumpsuits. For men, we recommend a suit, a dress shirt, and dress pants. A tie is optional, but encouraged. Florals and pastel color schemes are encouraged! When it comes to footwear, please keep in mind our ceremony will occur on the grassy Vineyard Lawn.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space at our small venue, we are only able to accommodate those guests that are formally invited and addressed on your wedding invitation; invitation will list the names of those invited and if you have received a plus one, it will be stated on the invitation. Furthermore, if you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

We have decided that our wedding and reception will be adult-only events as our venue has very strict rules on children in attendance. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night! Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at our venue for our guests; however, we will highlight that overnight parking is not available. We kindly ask our guests to plan a safe ride home.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a shuttle to bring guests to and from Running Aces Casino, Hotel, & Racetrack. Please see the schedule on the Travel Page. The shuttle WILL NOT be available to or from any of the other listed hotels; only Running Aces.

Can we order an Uber/Lyft to get home after the reception?

Answer

Please keep in mind that the venue is located more rurally in Scandia. Ride-sharing apps such as Uber or Lyft may have limited drivers in the area or have up-charges due to location; however, obtaining an Uber or Lyft may be more readily available from Running Aces due to its proximity to the freeway, and there will be a shuttle to Running Aces at the end of the night (see shuttle schedule of the Travel Page).
