Parking at Villa Montalvo is extremely limited and due to this, we have provided a number of options for guest transportation and parking: Rideshare: We heavily encourage guests to take advantage of Uber/Lyft as Villa Montalvo is a secluded venue with limited parking. Due to the holiday weekend, we suggest guests schedule their rides in advance for their arrival and departure at 10:15pm. Valet: We have limited valet parking on site for guests. We heavily recommend guests use the shuttles and/or rideshare services first before intending to use the valet.
A Note for Guests New to South Asian Weddings Colorful and festive attire is warmly welcomed throughout the weekend. Traditional Pakistani outfits are encouraged but not required — wear what makes you feel comfortable and celebratory. While there is absolutely no obligation, here are some suggested themes to help everyone lean into the festive spirit of the weekend. Mehndi – Ladies Ladies are encouraged to bring out their festive best — you are welcome to wear lehenga, gharara, or sharara if choosing traditional attire. Mehndi – Gentlemen Gentlemen are welcome to wear kurta shalwar or semi formal western attire. Wedding – May 25 Our reception will be chic formal so we recommend guests to wear floor length gowns and suits or traditional formal Pakistani attire. The ceremony and reception will begin during the daytime and take place outdoors. For ladies, we recommend colorful pastels, and elegant neutrals that photograph beautifully in natural light. Feel free to bring along chic sunglasses and heel protectors for the outdoor celebration.
If we have reserved a plus-one for you, it will be specified on your invitation. We've thoughtfully planned our guest list based on the capacity of our venue, so we kindly ask that you only RSVP for those listed.
The weather in May can be a bit unpredictable. As all of our events are taking place outdoors, we suggest bringing a light jacket or shawl for the evening.
