Please come to the Eagle Bahn lawn right next to the Eagle Bahn Gondola to collect your welcome bag for the weekend! Our Planner Erika Sandoval will be there from 3p.m.-5p.m. on Friday, September 29th handing them out. If you aren't able to be there, she will have your welcome bag at our reception.
Formal Attire
You'll need to arrive at the gondola by at least 2:30p.m. as it takes 15 minutes to get up the gondola! The ceremony starts promptly at 3:00p.m.
The ceremony is scheduled to be at the Vail Wedding Deck; 10,350 above sea level! You'll be able to see stunning views of the mountains so please bring a something warm just in case.
It does get a bit chilly in the evening as it's late September so bring something warm and bring a fully charged phone as you'll get to experience the colors of the aspens changing! It is so beautiful there in September and we cannot wait to share it with you!
