Four years ago, Shan was buying a lot of wedding presents off her friends’ wedding registries and was all, “This ecommerce experience sucks.” She called up Nobu and he was all, “I feel you, girl.” They knew they could create something better. So much better. So they pow-wowed at Shan’s apartment for months, covering her walls in sketches and flows before saying, “It’s time.” They built a team, shaped a culture, nearly named their company “Wish and Blow,” and got some proper office space to bring today’s fastest growing wedding registry to life.
