Shuttle service for Saturday, October 19th is as follows.
Pick-up from Porto San Pietro (downtown Lucca) at 4 pm.
Pick-up from Villa Guinigi at 4:10 pm.
Shuttle service begins at 11pm from Villa Grabau to Porto San Pietro and Villa Guinigi. Shuttles will run periodically from 11 pm - 1:30 am.

The most "direct" route is to fly into Florence and then drive (via car rental), hire a car service, or train to Lucca. If flying into Milan or Rome, there are train options available to take you to Lucca.
