Finding each other was easier for them than you might think... Zoie was made in China, like 99% of everything else in America. Zoie's hometown of Daqing is only 12 time zones and 6,111 miles away from Erie, where Mitch is from. They both grew up loving Legos (unless you ask Zoie, in which case Mitch introduced them to her after they met). They both had pet dogs and could have met at a dog park (except Mitch has never had a pet dog). They both attended Kent State University (ok, no, not at the same time). But if they were at the same university at the same time, they definitely would [not] have had some classes together since their majors were totally [sort of, kind of, not really at all] related (Mitch studied Architecture while Zoie studied accounting and criminal justice). They both lived in Cleveland when they did eventually meet back in January of 2018 (on complete opposite sides of town from each other). They both were on the dating site Match.com at the same time (only one of the most popular dating sites out there, pretty slim chances of meeting each other on there). And finally, Zoie was totally into Mitch after their first date (unless you ask her, in which case she thought Mitch was way too serious on the first date and only went out with him a second time after Zoie's mom and best friend convinced her to go out with him again. But of course Mitch was [allegedly] terribly late to their second date and Zoie almost left before Mitch arrived. And she only went out with him a third time after he did some Google'ing to correctly diagnose her TMJ jaw pain that she had at the time and he offered to take her to the doctor). So you see, they were totally destined to meet each other (with a little help from the universe, China, America, Legos, Dogs, Kent State, Cleveland, her mom, her best friends, TMJ, and Al Gore). Fast forward to February 19, 2019 when Mitch proposed, copy & past this YouTube link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F8Od15b0Zz4&feature=youtu.be
