B) Book online by visiting the website below ("VIEW" button) and doing the following: (1) Enter the dates of stay; (2) Go to the "special rates" section on the reservation page; (3) Enter "RKW" in the "group code" section; (4) Click the Check Rooms & Rates tab to show rooms available in the room block. Reserve your room by July 12th to use this block and get the discounted rate!

Shuttle

Shuttle from Hampton Inn to Festivities and Back

August 9, 2025 3:00 pm - 12:00 am

Ride the buses we took everyday to elementary school to and from the celebration! Buses will take those staying at the Hampton Inn to the wedding venue. One bus will leave the hotel at 3pm, another will leave at 3:10pm. If you're ready to call it a night at the end of the reception: buses will take guests from the wedding venue back to the Hampton Inn. One bus will leave at 10:10pm, another will leave at 10:40pm. If you choose to celebrate with us for just a little bit longer: a bus will leave the wedding venue at 10:10pm to take you to the after party, which is a short 5 minute drive away. A bus will then take you back to the Hampton Inn at midnight.

Flight

Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT)

Pittsburgh International is the closest airport. It is a 1.5 hour drive from the airport to Meadville and Conneaut Lake, so we would recommend renting a car if you choose to fly in.
