Kindly RSVP before Tuesday, June 7th. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest". When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
While we absolutely adore your little ones, we must regretfully inform you that due to limited space and capacity constraints, we won't be able to accommodate children at our wedding. We kindly request that our special day remains an adults-only affair. We sincerely hope for your understanding in this decision and ask that you relish this opportunity to celebrate with us, free from any little eyes and ears.
Yes! The dress code will be Black Tie Attire. We recommend suit and tie & cocktail /floor length dresses. Also, prepare for weather of about 80F during the day and 53F after sunset.
The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held indoors.
The ceremony will be open seating with the exception of assigned family seating in the front row. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partners).
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:00pm, we reccomend guests arrive between 4:30pm - 4:45pm so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, the event coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you there. Thank you for understanding!
Yes! There is complimentary guest parking. Guests can park anywhere in the two lots on one side of the building or the large long lot to the other side. There is also make-shift parking. As long as you don’t block anywhere or block anyone in, you can park in grassy areas.
We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. The venue of course agrees. There is a Suncadia shuttle service to transport you to and from our wedding venue—whether you're staying at the lodge, inn, or one of the nearby rental houses. As the night concludes, rest assured, we've coordinated with the shuttle service to ensure a safe and seamless journey back to your accommodations. Guests are also more than welcome to leave vehicles over night who end up wanting to shuttle home. Uber's are also available within the Cle Elum area.
