Hotels: We've included some of the closest and best places to stay that we love, as well as varying price points. For nicer stays, we recommend Monterey, Pacific Grove and Carmel. If you're looking for something less expensive but just as convenient, we recommend Seaside or Marina. Some additional hotels we didn't list below are Hotel Abrego, Embassy Suites, and Hampton Inn & Suites. However, anywhere you stay in the area will be very convenient and shouldn't take you more than 15 minutes or so to get to The Perry House! Getting to Monterey: Luckily, Monterey should be within driving distance for most of our guests! If you are flying from out of town, San Jose is the closest and most convenient airport to fly into. Monterey does have a small airport, but you will have to book a connecting flight into LA or SF most likely. Flying into Sacramento would also be recommended, as you could rent a car and drive, or meet up with family in the area and carpool down together!

The Portola is one of our personal favorites when visiting our home away from home! It is also one of the closest hotels to our wedding venue at 0.3 miles away - about a 5-10 minute walk. This property will more than likely be a higher price point for the time of year.

One of our favorite hotels and conveniently located in downtown Monterey, this property is about 1 mile away from the venue, with the option to drive or walk. Great perk - with their $20 nightly amenity fee, you get a delish breakfast, free parking, and a free glass of wine each day!
