What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 11:30am, please arrive a few minutes before to find your seat.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There is a link located on the Travel tab for booking 10% off at the Hard Rock Hotel and for the Terra Luna Resort. The wedding will be taking place at the Hard Rock. Terra Luna is just a few minutes from the Hard Rock, and you can take a complimentary bus from there to City Walk to walk/take a boat over to the Hard Rock. Feel free to book through the link for those two hotels, or any hotel you'd like! Florida resident pricing will be better than the link, so if you live in Florida please book there instead. Any of the hotels on Universal property will provide the complimentary bus to City Walk.

Where Can I Park?

Answer

If you are staying at a Universal hotel, you can take the complimentary bus to City Walk and then walk over/take a boat to the Hard Rock. If you are not staying at a hotel on Universal property, please use Self-Parking at the Hard Rock. You can receive a voucher at the reception to validate your parking. If you have a Universal Annual pass, you may also receive discounted or free parking at City Walk, with a short walk or boat ride over to the Hard Rock!

Can I bring a date? Are my children welcome?

Answer

Due to the limited nature of the ceremony venue, formal invitations will have specified names of guests who are invited to attend.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No specific dress code! Please wear whatever makes you most comfortable. If you'd like a guideline, we would say semi-formal, garden wedding attire!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
