Due to limited space, we are able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one that would be stated under your name to tell us who it is and their dietary needs when you RSVP.
We’d love to have friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting Black Tie Optional. Women: - cocktail dress - dressy separates Men: - Nice suit, white dress shirt, and tie - Dress shoes and dark dress socks
If we don’t get an RSVP back by the time listed in the invitation, it will have to be marked “no” for our vendors. We will miss celebrating with you, however, we must be courteous to our vendors who need accurate guest counts so we cannot accept late RSVP’s. We hope that you understand.
Due to limited space, if they are listed on the invitation, those children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration. Your invitation will be made out to “the (Last Name) family if your children are invited. If your invite says “Mr. And Mrs. (Last name)” if only you and your significant other are invited.
Both will take place indoors! For pictures there could be a brief moment on grass so keep that in mind when choosing footwear (skinnier heels can sink in the grass).
The ceremony will be at 2pm so family who is taking pictures beforehand should come around 12pm. If you are not immediate family, then you should around 1:45pm to be seated in the pews.
Of course! We will have an open premium bar available to our guest after the ceremony until the end of the night.
Shuttle Times are: 4:30pm and 5pm leaving the Double Tree. At the end of the night times: 11pm and 12:15pm Of course Uber/Lyft is a great choice if those times don't work for you. A car can stay in the lot overnight and picked up from the venue by 10am if you decide to use a taxi service.
