Covid-19 Precautions

We love and care for you all and are doing everything we can to ensure that our wedding is safe. Covid-19 precautions for the wedding weekend are discussed below.
Question

Do I need to be vaccinated?

Answer

We ask that all of our guests be vaccinated against Covid-19.

Question

What if I feel ill before a wedding event?

Answer

If you have any symptoms of Covid-19, please do not come to wedding events. We will miss you!

Question

What about testing for Covid-19?

Answer

Please take a Covid-19 rapid (antigen) test on the morning of EACH wedding event you plan to attend.

Question

How do I confirm that I’ve tested?

Answer

We have hired a Covid website manager to help ensure Covid-19 safety for the wedding weekend. You will receive an email the week before the wedding with all needed information from CrowdPass, please keep an eye out for it. On Saturday and Sunday, please check a box on the CrowdPass website to confirm that you’ve taken a rapid test. On Saturday, please go to the website no later than 12:00pm. If you’re attending the Sunday brunch, please go to the CrowdPass website first thing in the morning. The Covid manager CrowdPass may reach out to you if you don’t confirm that you’ve tested via the website.

Question

What’s the Covid manager’s website?

Answer

The website for CrowdPass will go live on the week of the wedding. Please check your email and watch this space for details!

Question

What if I forget to test at home or to bring test kits with me?

Answer

No worries! We’ll have rapid test kits available for you at the Tarrytown House Estate and the Sheraton Tarrytown hotels.

For all the days along the way
