Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! Please refer to the Schedule page. For the big day, please dress up with us! Ladies: midi or longer dresses and formal footwear are recommended. There is grass and dirt at parts of the venue, so we recommend flats or block heels. Gentlemen: please wear a suit and dress shoes (no tuxedos).

What's the weather going to be like?
Answer
It's San Diego so probably 65 and sunny. More precisely in October it's expected to be between 55-70 degrees Fahrenheit. Evenings may cool down, so a light jacket may be helpful!

Are kids welcome?

We love your kids, but we're inviting you to a weekend off from them! Please contact us if you need assistance with sitters or daycare. Unfortunately daycare isn't offered at any of the venues.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
There is limited parking at the venue, please do not plan on driving to the venue. Please either use the shuttle buses from the blocked hotels, or use a rideshare app (Uber/Lyft) to get to the venue.

Which airport should I fly into?
Answer
San Diego International Airport (SAN) is the most convenient airport to the venue and to the hotels. You can rent a car directly from the airport, utilizing a free shuttle bus from the terminal to the car rental center. SAN is the busiest single-runway airport in the US. John Wayne Airport (SNA) is located in Orange County, about a 1 hour drive from the venue. There are generally more limited flight options into SNA. If you're an aviation enthusiast, you may be excited to know that SNA offers a unique steep approach and takeoff pattern due to local sound ordinances. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is the closest major international airport and has a larger international flight presence compared to SAN. It is further from the venue and hotel blocks (about 1.5 hour drive), but is likely more accessible to our international friends and family. What's your story?
Answer
We met at a Procter & Gamble Freshman Leadership event in Cincinnati, Ohio in April 2018 and quickly became friends over a bowl of vegetarian Skyline Chili. After a fun weekend together playing Top Golf and learning about P&G, we went back to our respective universities with no photos and a promise to text each other on our birthdays. When Talen graduated early from college and drove out to the Bay Area to start his job in March 2021, he texted Zoe (still a student at U.C. Berkeley) to see if she wanted to hang out in the middle of COVID-19. Amazingly (and stupidly), she said yes and we went on a hike. We started dating a few weeks later! Shortly after graduation, Zoe moved to Boulder, CO to start her job in June 2021, and we embarked on a 2+ year long-distance extravaganza. United and Southwest Airlines benefited most from that arrangement, but we enjoyed visiting each month. In August 2023, we moved into our first apartment together in California. Talen proposed to Zoe in October 2025 at Piedmont Park, CA ❤️
