March is one of the peak times in the Tamar valley so accommodation books out VERY quickly. Most places have great COVID refund policies.
Tasmania is only a small island with limited car and accommodation options. Do not leave booking until last minute.
Getting to Tasmania:
Option 1 - Fly into Launceston Airport
Option 2 - Fly into Hobart Airport (this is around a 2.5 hours drive to the wedding location)
Option 3 - Take the Spirit of Tasmania from Melbourne
From the airports/ports renting or having a car is required as public transport is very limited.
Accommodation in the area surrounding the wedding venue is beautiful. Some suggestions have been placed below. We can also help so please get in touch.
FOR TRANSPORT ON THE WEDDING DAY...
We MAY be able to provide some buses... this is dependant on bookings. Taxis are another option which will need to be pre-booked.
