Question

Will we be required to wear a mask or be vaccinated for the event(s)?

Answer

Neither. HOWEVER, getting vaccinated is highly encouraged as there will be elderly and people with health concerns attending the event. Consider staying home, please, if you are unwilling to at least socially distance when you can if you prefer not to wear a mask or get vaccinated. COVID-19 Delta Variant is causing deaths even amongst the vaccinated.

Will there be parking at the event(s)?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot directly in front of the venue. Carpooling is highly recommended!

Question

Will there be gluten/dairy-free options at reception?

Answer

Yes. We will have a small selection of gluten/dairy free cupcakes (they are delicious!) and feel free to reach out to us about concerns with the dinner options and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Will personal cameras and phones be allowed at the ceremony?

Answer

No. Turn off all electronics or put them on silent and in your pockets for the duration of the ceremony. I am not afraid to stop mid-sentence at "I Do" to shame you over the microphone.

Question

We saw the registry, but would rather bring a gift. Can we?

Answer

Yes, but we will be limited in what we can take home with us in terms of space. Keep that in mind when deciding! You can mail gifts to our Georgia address on your wedding invitation envelope. Please try and opt for small, American businesses!

Who may we contact the day of the wedding should something come up?

Answer

Lew's at Pleasant Country Club - Wedding Planning and Design Stephanie Jackson I will post her number here the day before the wedding (11/5/2021). Please be mindful that Stephanie will be busy the day of the wedding making it as perfect as she is, so only reach out to her for important concerns. Otherwise, reach out to someone else you know who is attending the wedding; not the wedding party and parents of the bride and groom.

We can only come for one event. Is that ok?

Answer

Yes. If you can only make it to the reception or cocktail hour, please be sure to time your arrival so you are not disrupting the ceremony.
